*Prices listed are monthly rates. Academic terms are 3 months paid up front.
*The full rent for each section is due in full prior to move in.
*All Kettering term leases are TWO academic term leases, 6 months in total. Ex. Summer A1/Winter A2 or Fall B1/SpringB2
*Lease terms can be fulfilled back-to-back terms.
*Short term leases must be approved by Management. Additional fees may apply.
*Rent is per person/per term/per bedroom.
